Features Description

Plasma:     
Plasma  was referred  to a group  of positive  ions and electrons  with an electric  charge by electrical  discharge.
Plasma is known as the fourth state of material other three states of material (solid, liquid, and gas). When gas is applied with a greater energy (RF power), it becomes plasma with ionized elements. As the number of positive and negative ions compesates each other, the overall electrical property of plasma becomes neutral.

CASP hydrogen peroxide low temperature  plasma sterilization method which integrates hydrogen peroxide with low temperature  plasma technology.  During the sterilization  process, diffuse vaporized hydrogen  peroxide into each corner of chamber, and generate plasma and the ionized hydrogen peroxide kill bacteria/microorganism

1st Injection, diffusion and Plasma

The first injection of H2O2 is 4 mm. The H2O2   is drawn out with motor DC into small circular-shaped  chamber. In this small chamber the liquid is heated until 72°C with the heater band
In this diffusion process the liquid is turned into gas, into the big chamber.  Vacuum is reactivated once again to drawn  out some  of the gas.   After  that,  make  a Plasma  ( The  existed  gas  in the  chamber  applied  with  high frequency of RF POWER with the energy of 500KHz, 300~800 watt (automatic matching) to create plasma and
